Explore our diverse talent roster to find the right speaker for your next virtual event. Simply submit a free booking request with your event information to get started!

2. Confirm Your Speaker

We'll review your booking request and send you a comprehensive proposal with pricing information. Review and sign our contract to approve the speaker for your virtual event.

If you submitted a request through our Speaker Finder, you'll receive three speaker options that best match your event needs. Choose your favorite to accept your proposal and then sign our contract to proceed.

If you need additional speaker options, we'll be more than happy to provide them.

3. Let's Wrap Up

We'll connect with the speaker to review your proposal in detail. Once they confirm their availability for your event, we'll finalize payment and discuss any additional logistical details with you directly.

OpenStage is a platform that provides organizations with access to book world-class speakers for virtual events. The entire process, from finding a speaker to booking them for your event, occurs directly in our marketplace and our team offers full support every step of the way.

You can choose between a Drop-In and a Discussion with Q&A.

A Drop-In is a virtual engagement from a speaker on your predetermined topic. This is a 15-minute format that features 10 minutes of speaker remarks on your selected topic followed by a Q&A with one (1) to two (2) pre-vetted questions.

A Discussion with Q&A is a virtual moderated talk on your predetermined topic that’s followed by an audience Q&A session. This is a 45-minute format that features a 30-minute discussion that’s moderated by the host or organization and is then followed by a 15-minute open Q&A. The moderated discussion is pre-vetted, but the open Q&A is not.

A booking request is a proposal to book speakers for an upcoming virtual event. Simply share your event details in the booking form and we’ll provide speaker pricing and availability to you within one (1) business day. Once you confirm the speaker for your event, you’ll receive a formal contract and payment request to complete the process.

Yes, submitting a booking request is free and there are no obligations until payment is submitted.

The cost of booking a speaker will vary based on the individual speaker and the event type you choose. Once you submit a booking request, you'll receive detailed speaker pricing and availability within one (1) business day.
