OpenStage is a platform that provides organizations with access to book world-class speakers for virtual events. The entire process, from finding a speaker to booking them for your event, occurs directly in our marketplace and our team offers full support every step of the way.

There are currently 200+ speakers available for booking opportunities on OpenStage, and our talent list will continue to expand.

We have 80+ topics and themes to choose from. For example, topics like Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity cover discussions on social justice, politics, gender equality, workplace dynamics, and more. We’re constantly adding to our speaker list, so check back often for more topic options.

Yes, all speakers on OpenStage are vetted and verified.

No, our speakers are only available for virtual events.

You can choose between a Drop-In and a Discussion with Q&A.

A Drop-In is a virtual engagement from a speaker on your predetermined topic. This is a 15-minute format that features 10 minutes of speaker remarks on your selected topic followed by a Q&A with one (1) to two (2) pre-vetted questions.

A Discussion with Q&A is a virtual moderated talk on your predetermined topic that’s followed by an audience Q&A session. This is a 45-minute format that features a 30-minute discussion that’s moderated by the host or organization and is then followed by a 15-minute open Q&A. The moderated discussion is pre-vetted, but the open Q&A is not.

No, we currently only have the options of a Drop-In or a Discussion with Q&A. As we continue to expand our service, we may add new format types. In the meantime, if you have an event that needs more customization, contact our team via info@bookopenstage.com.

A booking request is a proposal to book speakers for an upcoming virtual event. Simply share your event details in the booking form and we’ll provide speaker pricing and availability to you within one (1) business day. Once you confirm the speaker for your event, you’ll receive a formal contract and payment request to complete the process.

Yes, submitting a booking request is free and there are no obligations until payment is submitted.

You can save your top speaker choices onto a Favorites List, which you can then use to build your booking request. You can create as many Favorites Lists as you’d like, create custom names for them, and you can add or remove speakers from your list whenever you want.

After submitting a booking request, our team will get back to you within one (1) business day with a proposal detailing speaker pricing and availability.

The cost of booking a speaker will vary based on the individual speaker and the event type you choose. Once you submit a booking request, you'll receive detailed speaker pricing and availability within one (1) business day.

No, the speaker price cannot be negotiated. All fees quoted are fixed and non-negotiable.
